Mauna Kea Beach Hotel guests and residents now have exclusive 24/7 access to luxurious Model 3 Teslas.
HOW ENVOY'S CAR SHARING APP WORKS:
REGISTER
Create an account and register with a valid driver's license and credit card.
ADD LOCATION
Add the location "Mauna Kea Beach Resort" and input the access code that will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
RESERVE
Book your electric vehicle by the hour or the day! Select the date and times for your trip, then pick your preferred vehicle from the available options.
UNLOCK
Report any previous damage so you’re not liable. Press Start to begin your trip and unlock the car. During your ride, use the app to unlock and lock.
END RESERVATION
Return the vehicle to the valet, report any new damage, and follow the prompts on the Envoy app to end your trip.

HOW TO ENVOY
PICK UP & DROP OFF
1. Reserve your Tesla Model 3 through the Envoy Mobility app.
2. Once you’ve made a reservation through the Envoy Mobility app, just start of your Envoy reservation, and check in with valet to pick up your vehicle.

3. At the end of your reservation, you return the vehicle directly to Valet, and ending your reservation using the Envoy Mobility App.

4. Enjoy the ride!

Pull Down = Drive
Push In = Park
If you get a "Tap Card" message, just press unlock on the Envoy Mobility app.
Charge Port
Tesla charge ports are part of the left back tail light.
Tap the tail light cover, or open port from the inside the vehicle using the touch screen.
