All residents and guests now have exclusive 24/7 access to their very own EV's.
HOW ENVOY'S CAR SHARING APP WORKS:
REGISTER
Create an account and register with a valid driver's license and credit card.
ADD LOCATION
Add your location and input the access code that will be provided by property Management
RESERVE
Book your electric vehicle by the hour or the day! Select the date and times for your trip to reserve in advance, or grab on-demand.
UNLOCK
Report any previous damage so you’re not liable. Press Start to begin your trip and unlock the car. During your ride, use the app to unlock and lock.
END RESERVATION
Return the vehicle to the your designated parking spot, plug it in , report any new damage, and end your trip on the Envoy app.

HOW TO ENVOY
FREE PARKING & CHARGING
1. Reserve your vehicle through the Envoy Mobility app.
2. Once you’ve made a reservation through the Envoy Mobility app, just begin your booking from the app. Conveniently Lock and Unlock the vehicle using your phone.

3. At the end of your reservation, you return the vehicle to its designated parking spot, plug in the EV charger, and end your reservation using the Envoy Mobility App.

4. Drive safe, and enjoy the ride!
TESLA BASICS

Push Up = Reverse
Pull Down = Drive
Push In = Park
If you get a "Tap Card" message, just press unlock on the Envoy Mobility app.
Charge Port
Tesla charge ports are part of the left back tail light.
Tap the tail light cover, or open port from the inside the vehicle using the touch screen.
